Hess' Country Mastiff's - Company Message
GCH. INTL. CH. Honor Way's Sir Chamberlain of Hess' Country!
Chamberlain is a magnificent boy, with a magnificent personality!!! Chamberlain has a very outgoing but lazy personality! He is very sociable to other dogs and humans, he doesn't see a stranger!
I couldn't thank Panala Kinzie and David Tampa from "Honor Way Mastiff's" enough for letting me own such a nice show dog and pet! Chamberlain and his siblings were the first litter Pan and David have produced of mastiffs and the whole litter has turned out to be very nice. Over half of the puppies in this litter are showing and one has received her Grand Championship and Chamberlain has received his Championship!!! The others are on their way with already earning points toward their championship!!
Chamberlain began confirmation class in 2011, which he was 4 months old! We wanted to get him acclimated to noisy and eventful surroundings so he would be used to that when he was in the show ring competing!
He began his first show in 2011 at just eight months old! He competed in Ocala Florida for the very first time and he took Winners Reserve against a major 3 days out of 4! I was happy with the placements because he was only eight months old!
Chamberlain was on a streak of getting reserve after Ocala Florida and it didn't seem like we would ever start earning points toward his championship. When I put his first 4 points on him in 2012 I hoped that the good luck was coming and that he would continue to earn his points and majors so that we could champion him.
He received his first majors in 2012 at the Lousiville Kentucky dog show. Chamberlain took two majors that weekend, which one was a 4 point majors and the other was a 5 point major! Terry Smith showed him that weekend and put the two majors on him for me, which I am thankful that she did so!
Chamberlain finished in 2012 at the Columbus Ohio show with a total of 17 points. Terry Smith showed him that Saturday and put two points on him. I took him in for Best of Winners and crossed over to get a 4 point majors for the females! Chamberlain and I had a great weekend as for I knew he finished and it was time to begin working on his Grand Championship!
Muncie Indiana started Chamberlain off with his first 4 points toward his Grand Championship! He received Select both days!
We are hoping for many more wins in the near future, but most of all a lot of fun!
